Through a community health initiative\, these instructors completed professional yoga teacher training and are now giving back by offering free classes to local residents. \nBecause each instructor brings their own preferred style and approach to yoga\, participants will experience a variety of practices throughout the series—from gentle stretching and mindfulness to more active movement-based sessions. Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced before\, these classes provide a welcoming environment to improve flexibility\, reduce stress\, support overall wellness\, and connect with others in the community. \nSpace is limited to approximately 10 participants per class. Advance registration and a signed waiver are required.
